Hydroboost on 73-79

Has anybody retrofitted their power brakes for hydroboost. Am considering it because I don't have enough vaccum to have decent brakes because my cam is so big. Truck is too heavy to not have good brakes. I figure that the hydroboost would solve all my problems and not screw up the look of the engine bay too bad.

i have also done this swap and rear disc. i have a 76 f150 with adana 70 rear and 60 front 19'' of lift and 44's and let me tell you it doesnt take much pedal effort to stop it.

thats what I need because it didn't stop as good after putting the 20's on, and then swapped cams, and made the truck heavier, so it gets to be a handful when people pull out in front of you

The one for a 94 and later superduty diesel is as close to a bolt on fit as you can get (very minor trimming to the firewall support and drill two new holes)and your master cylinder should bolt right on.
