Is there a way to adjust the E brake without removing everything to get to the adjuster???

 

Take the rubber plug out of the back side of the rear wheels to expose the adjuster. It is a good idea to use a brake adjustment tool on them to keep from scraping up the threads but a straight blade screwdriver will work also.
