I believe if it supported the F450 they would have said so in their release. They wouldn't leave a market un-tapped if the device supported it.
I agree but it is worth a shot. I would be a little surprised if it did not though since the motor is the same, just has different programming, and since they are changing the programming....
On top of 350 makes 428hp. But more importantly 146lb torque to make it 796 lbs. If everything was as advertised of course.
Keep in mind that the factory rating of 350 is not at the rear wheels, whereas the 78 advertised by Superchips is.
The stock 6.4 puts down around 295-300 rwhp stock on a DynoJet; add 78 and you get somewhere in the neighborhood of 375rwhp; which is neck and neck with good street tunes with a 6.0.
The 6.4 has much more potential than that; however this is about as far as can safely be milked with the stock particle filter in place. Making more power than this requires fuel quantities that will produce far more particulates than the DPF is designed to handle and it will be regenerating farrrrr to frequently to be drivable or feasible for fuel mileage. 78rwhp is, IMO, a decent safe and conservative output level for a strategy-flash, mass-marketed tuner without sacrificing drivability.
It said 78 BHP...that's at the crank. That's right around 55 rwhp with a 30% loss.
Unless you know something I don't...which is most likely the case...fill me in. I hope this doesn't sound harsh, I honestly am curious...I don't mean to sound like a you know what hole.

Anybody know if this new tuner defeats the "tuning detection" scheme created by Ford? I would be really interested if it doesnt leave a re-programmed footprint.
