Overhead computer wiring
Hey,
Im trying to keep the overhead trip computer to stay bright even when I turn on the headlights. Does anybody know which wire I need to supply power to/remove power from/ground/unground to make this happen?
Does anybody know which color wires do what in that little bundle that goes to the computer?

That didnt' work.
I cut the wire in the pic and it shut off all the power to the overhead computer instead of making it brighter. Have you done this mod?
Thats why I was asking here, because my first attempt failed and I don't have a wire color diagram lol

Must be different on the X's. I know this forum gets more traffic, so I posted here. Its weird, because the blue w/ red tracer works like its supposed to for other circuts, but I guess the X has some weird setup for the computer... One of the 9 wires has to do it, I just don't know which one...
