I would really love to test a HD and Toy side by side. The way C&D makes it sound, the HD is a joke. I, for one, would be really suprised if this was true. Plus, imagine what a little "tuning" would do for that thang! Yeeeeeahhhh! **** C&D... spend almost a page crying about supercharger whine and whether or not they like it... fudgin idiots...
I hate to say it but having driven both the HD F150 and a Roush equipped F150 it just doesn't have the off-the-line power of the Roushcharger. If its are barely beating out a Toyota than its significantly slower than a Roush blown truck. My Roush F150 puts the Toy behind it instantly off the line. Its nice that Ford is providing a truck with a factory equiped blower but the aftermarket does more.
At the Ford Ride and Drive people were power braking it to smoke the wheels. I can do this without brakes on my truck, laying down lines 20 feet long (and this is a 4x4 truck).
