What I'm now noticing is the turbo boost is not working all the time. It seems that it works intermittingly. One 35 mile trip it did not work until I romped it down completly, then it just picked up a little. But what is puzzling is the ride home after shutting it off and back on it worked fine. Then the next day it is back to not working again.
Has anyone experienced problems like this ?

It could very well be sticking turbo vanes, it could also be sticking EGR valve. Take it in and let the dealer look at it.
FYI lose the A/M air intake they have no upside, only downside. The OEM factory unit is the best system for filtration and performance until you get to 500+ Hp. There are lots of threads on this.
Also remove the A/M air intake as many dealers and FMC do not like them and can void your warranty over it.
I have a 4" SS exhaust system, turbo back, that needs installed yet. I hope that it was not a waste of money??
I'll change back to the stock intake and make visit to the local Ford dealer. Thanks Again !!
FYI talk to your dealer and ask them what there position is on "Turbo Back" exhaust systems. Some dealers are not mod friendly and do no like "Turbo Back" systems others don't care. Cat back systems don't tend to cause any dealer issues.
