Door plate decoder
I looked on the decoder I found on this site, but didnt have much luck. Is there a link to a better decoder or can anyone tell me these:

Thanks, but still no luck on color code S8, body DB4, and axle 16 A. Axle 16 is a ford with 3.50 ratio but the 'A' must be front axle code I dont see much about it at all. Would it be a 3.50 also? And trans code 'G' just says automatic, but the C6 was all they put behind a 351M in a 4x4, right? Also the district code '53' is Kansas City but the truck was built in Michigan according to the VIN. Does that just mean it was sold to a dealer in the KC area?
