John, what kind of mileage did you see in Race?

I've used 0-3 settings to try to maximize my mileage...and just can't seem to get back to where I was before adding the Edge unit. With today's diesel prices, I'm frustrated.

I'm now averaging 15-16.5 in combined hwy and city driving...no stop and go traffic. However, I used to run in the 18-20mpg range, documented. I've also ran as low as 13mpg, depending upon the setting I am running on the Edge. I try to run at least tanks at each setting to eliminate or minimize various influences.

Until a few days ago, I was running without my topper, so I'm guessing going bareback for the last 3 or so months was probably decreasing the mileage a bit, particularly at hwy speeds. Now that Leer is delivering my new back window, I have placed the topper back on the bed, so I hope to see an improvement.

I continue to run 16oz of gray Kleen in each tank full. However, I have switched over to running a minimum of B20...whether I buy it already mixed or have to blend my own. I know the blends have less energy, but I'm actually more inclined to believe the decrease is related to other issues...perhaps the weak ULSD junk we are forced to buy now??

I got 15mpg on it, my truck has not beat that yet. With the TS it gets about the same on the 3setting which has power yet doesnt smoke.

i use the edge evo and keep mine and my wifes on the middle setting. i am strongly considering selling one of them and trying a DP Tuner though. I would only get the 80 econo and the 120 settings with the DP me thinks.

When Iv really tried to drive conservitivly, Iv gotten the best milage with the race. That was around 15-16mpg. Being young and dumb though I have been running it in the extreme setting and getting around 11-13mpg.
