Hi all,

There has been a lingering thing on my mind, (no, it's not a brainslug)...

I'm starting to look to the future of wheels for my X. I'd like 22's and a DJM lowering kit. I picked up an issue of truck'n magazine and it seemed like all the wheels were pimp-mobile, big 'ol shiney things. When did owning an SUV become such a pretty boy sport. I guess if I had to describe my preference, it'd be more tuner styled. Machined finish, rather than chrome, maybe some paint. Anyhow... thinking out loud....

Secondly, what a great tow vehicle this thing is! I love having room for everybody and everything. Take along the kids, friends, the boat or TT, the dog, the wife. Watch movies along the way or XM or Ipod. I'm glad I walk to work, no way I could afford to commute at $3.43 a gallon. But, I can accept that for the reasons stated above - you can't have it all.

Would Weld wheels fit your style? I know they are strong enough for an Excursion in tow duty.
