Steering Wheel Swap

Will a 1978 F150 steering wheel without tilt or cruise work on a 1973 F100 without tilt or cruise control?

yes, i believe. columns are the same 73 to 77 and wheels work upto 79. i have a sport wheeln my 77.

Well,
I even have the wheel off of a '90 in mine...funny thing is when I hooked it all up...the horn button is now one of the cruise control buttons lol.

No it won't

The steering wheel mounting hub is different.
