front springs

Can the front springs on an f-3 be used on an f-1? They measure the same,same number of leaves,same width? Maybe a bit more beefy? Thanks for any help. Joe

I tried using front springs from a 55 F350 on my 56 M100 and found out that they`re abit wider.
You maybe in luck if the width/length is the same and the springs are in good shape.
