C6 4x4 question

I have a 76 F-250 4x4 with a 360 in it. I am wanting to replace the divorced transfer case with a married BW1345. What do I need to do to my C6 so the transfer case will bolt to it?

Overhaul the C6, the output shaft is the last thing out of the case and needs to be changed. Also the extension housing needs to be changed.
