35 is 4.10 gears, 6250lb rating (usually limited to 6084 by tire rating)
It's the Ford/Sterling 10.25" full-float axle.

Whoever compiled the list probably had that year of truck (and owner's manual). But the codes didn't change from year to year that I'm aware of.
My '93 has axle code 35, and it's the same thing, and my '90 was axle code 19, and it was the same as that list.
