Don't know if those are the right color/condition.
And yes you can spray paint the plastic panels if you want; I have done this before. Be sure to use a primer. Here's some pics of a brown cupholder that I spray painted to match my gray interior:

But be aware that you most likely will not get the same smooth texture that you had before the spray paint. Mine is pretty gritty, although I sprayed mine outside so it's probably dust/dirt from the wind blowing.

Second there is a plastic/vinyl adhesion product in the spray cans. Use it as a primer coat. It really makes a difference in the finish coat not chipping off.
I use the vinyl/plastic paint sold in all parts stores and it works pretty well. Looks great after you get it done.
