Suspension help
I have an 84 F-150 4x2 pickup. It's a great truck with a very strong engine. Problem is I need it to hold substantially more weight than it does. Not only does the truck squat when I put a trailer on it but I need this truck to be able to carry a lot more weight then it does. What options are available to level this truck out and allow it to carry more weight?

You can't carry "substantially" more than the truck is rated to carry. You only have a f150. That said, there are numerous products you can buy to help level the truck such as airbags and helper springs.
