What will the truck do now? Do you have any blown fuses? Is the constant battery circuit still live? Fusible links still intact? Have you tried the key again to see if it's limited to the ignition circuit? Is there an aftermarket stereo or any other added accessories that might be wired wrong?
it stills run , and everthang , but the fuel pump dont work ...... it has no stereo or nothin like that ... it smells like burnt wires under the dash around the computer , but i dont see no burnt lookin wires
it runs without , its outta gas now , but when u turn the key on the fuel pump dont prime , but i can squirt gas in the throttle body thang and it will run ....
Your inertia cut off switch for the fuel pump is located on the firewall just to the right of the heater vents...it's in the general area of where you're smelling the burnt wires. I'd check to see if that's fried.
