Ford will only replace them as needed under warranty so why would they say you need all 8 ?
They should have done a test to see what cylinders were down and to have all 8 at once is unlikely.
I had 2 replaced then a 3rd but seems to be ok now . Check E-bay you can get them for about 100.00 each . I don't know what they get for labor.

For High performance injectors, call Matt or Jeremy at www.lidiesel.com the have five stages of performance injectors. They are FTE sponsers, they may know an installer in MA also.
Also check down in the New England chapter section of FTE for recomendations on a good diesel mechanic.

Is your truck misfiring? Running rough? Hard to start? Fault codes at the same time for all 8 injectors is so rare that I would want more diagnosis. Just because you have codes, doesn't necessarily mean your injectors are defective.

Truck is running ruff, Then it is like someone is stabbing at the fuel while driving, and idles real high and the next minit it acts like it's starving for fuel. It has a mind of it's own!!

Try Hot Shot's Secret at www.lubricationspecialties.com. It was made to fix the issue you are talking about. There is more about it on this tread https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...-additive.html . There is a good bet it can fix your problem. This sounds like the perfect test.
