California 96 Bronco

How does a 96 Bronco with a 5.0L from California compare to one purchased in the South? Do the California Emissions make one undesirable? Is it much more crowded under the hood with the emissions controls and harder for a mechanic to service? Could the California Emissions be removed?

The only real difference is the PCM calibration.
