89 F150 302 Engine Interchange
The 302 in my '89 F150 4x4 is tired and needs to be rebuilt/replaced. A buddy of mine has a 351 out of a wrecked '98, so my question is can this work and what will it take?

yes this can work and is a very good candidate being a f4te block that is roller cam ready or has a roller cam already.
get the motor complete as possible and just reuse your 5.0 engine harness. what tranny is in your 89
