hey i got a 1994 ford crown vic with the 4.6 and i got to say im bout ready to sell the dang thing ive spent alot of money on it and i know its something simple i cant find it ok this is what happen i changed the spark plugs about 5 weeks ago and it never ran after i put the new ones in so i replaced the coils knock sensor crank sensor and checked all the wiring i dont know really where i should be looking i looked all by the spark plugs to see if i pulled something lose but it seems fine i bout a actron code scanner and it only gives me a 111 code which means system passed and then i put it on wiggle test and the light comes on so there is a short somewhere i just dont know where all to look for but if u know anything about this just let me know

You need to check the basics. If you have the old plugs still, plug one into one of the plug wires or coils, ground the outside of the plug to the engine block, and crank the engine to see if you have spark.
If you have spark, follow the fuel rail on top of the engine, and see if you can find a testport that looks like a tire valve. Hold a rag over it to shield your eyes, and poke the center of the test valve and see if fuel squirts out.
i have done did all of that i got a lil spark and i think thats my problem i know i got fuel pressure cause i checked that i think it was 40 psi at the end of the 2nd fuel rail and like 60 at the lines before the rails i think i got a short in some of the wireing to to coils cause i put different coils on and it still did the same thing
