that '70 Cleveland will drop right in using your motor mounts off the 302 and it uses the same bellhousing bolt pattern. If you have an automatic trans, be sure to get a flexplate from a '78 or earlier 302/351 because the balance is different. Same goes for a manual tranny, make sure you get a flywheel for the older engine. A competent machine shop can re-balance your 86 flywheel to the older spec also as an option.
You will need to come up with power steering & alternator brackets from a 351C or fabricate your own. I helped a friend do this on his 86 Bronco with 4 spd manual & the results were impressive.
We used a '72 engine with a points distributor & don't forget the mechanical fuel pump or you will have to figure out a way to regulate the existing electric pumps on your truck.

Mark,
i forgot to mention that you will need to get the rear sump oil pan from a 78-79 351-400m Bronco.
You will also need the long pickup tube/screen assy for your oil pump with that pan. Also required is a stud for mounting this pickup tube to one of your main caps. Last but not least is the dipstick tube that screws into this oil pan and the dipstick. The dipstick tube mounting bolt tab will be a little high due to the difference in height between 351c & 351m engines, but you can modify it easily.
