When trying to make a slight timeing change, found that the distributer would not budge at all corrosion? Sprayed with break free and tryed tapping with a rubber mallet, no help! tapped around base with a brass punch, no movement. I removed the bolt and clamp nothing seems to work any suggestions?

If it is REALLY stuck on there, you have no choice but to break it and remove the pieces from the engine.
One of Ford's better ideas - aluminum distributor on a cast iron engine! When you free it up, put some anti-seize on it before installing. It will prevent any further seizing.
The other guys use the same aluminum distributor in iron also. The problems began with electronic ignitions that rarely if ever had to have the distributor adjusted. In the old days the distributor was rotated every 10K miles.
There are many threads re this problem in the 460 engine forum.

keep soaking it down. if you drive it, soak it in the am. go to work, when its hot when you get there soak it again. do the same for 2 or 3 days. it will come out, as it is heated, the penetrating oil is drawn down. use pb blaster or cyclo breakaway, they are the best ones out there.
You may still have to break it after all the attempts. You can use a used distributor from a 351C, 351M, 400, or 460, or make this the time to upgrade to a D.U.I. custom curved distributor, from the forum sponsor. I highly recommend it. Bit pricey, but a good sound investment. Nothing better out there.
