I woul dhave to say that your fuel rails & injectors (possibly), maybe the intake & throttle body, coil & plug wires, hoses, maybe the radiator (think the inlet/outlet line up though)
& you will definetly have to change out all of the wiring, computer, and all of the sensors.
Your talking about a job. I did a 300 I6 to 5.0 conversion. I know what king of job your looking at.
Actually if you have mass air now everything will pretty much work Except your lower intake. The deck is an inch higher on the 351 so some of the connections may have to be re-routed to get some extra length. Also because of the taller deck you may need the 351 specific manifolds/headers. Fprd has the '97 351's for around $2000 which include EVERYTHING from the EFI to the manifolds. You'll need the 351 A/C bracket and I think that's it.
