does any one sell aftermarket heads for 351m 400's?

Edelbrock just came out with a set late last year. It may not be on their site yet, & you may have to call em. Made as a replacement to the 4V, but with better flow on the exhaust side, and a big gain over a stock 2V head. They are listed under the Clevelands.
