starter wont disingage

i have a 87 bronco xlt 351w with a fender mounted soleniod. even when the key is out of the ignition the starter is still ingaged!! ive replaced everything from the starter to the moduale. is my solenoid fried?

YEP, I had the same thing happen to me when I took dads Diesel F-250 a few weekends ago, I fried a 350$ starter because the selnoid got "stuck" and I couldn't get the battery cables off fast enough......
