I have a '75 Ford F250 2WD. There are the normal areas of rust/rot on and in the wheel wells, the backside below the tailgate on corners, and near the front of the bed on the bottom corners. The worst spot is the rear below the tailagate. What would be least expensive?...
Finding a replacement bed
Buying repair panels and cut out rusted sections and weld in repair panels?
Fabricate pieces from sheet metal and weld in?
Cost is an issue here, however I would like it done as nice as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I am doing some rust repair on my truck also. That is a lot of areas to repair just on the bed. Before I would start patching, I would check out the rest of the integrity of the bed. Seems as though you have a lot of small areas. You may be better off finding a clean southern bed.
