what would make these codes
i had a buddy with a snap on scanner check my truck for codes this is what i got

what would throw these codes keep in mind i just did stage 1 diy injectors and the truck still runs funny anyone have any ideas i need help thanks

Is the Check engine light illuminated?
Don't worry about this one. It's from disconnecting the battery.
P0603
Internal Control Module KAM (Keep Alive Memory) Error
These need to be looked into and can make your truck "run funny" if it's going bad.
P1212 {2}
ICP (Injection Control Pressure) Higher That Expected KOEO
P1212 {1} {3}
ICP Voltage Not At Expected Level
{1}—MIL lit when fault is present.
{2}—1997 models.
{3}—1998–2001 models.

It's a sensor located on the driverside head towards the front.
