Easy. Put a piece of wire or rope in the groove after you put the rubber on the glass, get someone to hold the glass to the outside of the cab. While they are pushing in, you pull the rope or wire out of the groove, and that pulls the rubber over the metal lip to the the inside of the cab.

I've had good success using GOJO waterless hand cleaner as a lubricant both in the groove and on the metal lip. I use some clothesline from WalMart for the rope. It definately speeds up the process if you have a helper.
