Leaking Rear End

Leaking Rear End
I went out to get into my truck and there was a small puddle of oil under the rear diff. It looks like its leaking right where the drive shaft goes into the diff at. I'll post some pics here in a hour or so. I know nothing about rear ends/axles etc. Is this major? Should I not drive it till I get it figured out? Thanks......

Thanks guys I'll call around and see who's willing to do it the cheapest. Does one hour of labor sound about right? Any body in the Kansas City (northland, kci airport area) wanna come over and show me how its done for $100??
