Cool slave cylinder help

My 88 f150 just blew another transmission slave cylinder. Where is the best place to buy a replacement. Is there a conversion kit to put an external slave cylinder like on the 80 model 4 speed on a zf 5 speed. The slave cylinder seems to be the week link in my transmission. When it blew I was in water abot 2 feet deep.

HA!
Ford screwed up on THAT idea.
The last manual trans Ford I had with that hydraulic crap was converted to mechanical lever.
It was a PAIN to fabricate and assemble, but no more hydraulic PITA.
New clutch pivot lever, relocate the pivot ball as the year bellhousing I had still had the old location cast but not drilled, get the foot lever parts from a junk yard.

Get one from Ford. I think the one they sell now is redesigned as it looks a bit different. They've even been cheaper from Ford in some cases.
