I don't know about new and cheap, (the word cheap always scares me) but I would check into having your springs re-arched and a add-a-leaf put in. I just did mine and had new bushings installed for $240. I ended up with about 2.24 inches lift under the cummins engine.
if i had the same thing done as you. And it gives me more lift will i have to use new brake lines or do something about the front driveshaft, or will it be pretty much bolt on.
If your front driveshaft is extended to the max now, you must have some lift on it. That thing is good for several inches, and so are the brake lines.
jimlj, did have a good idea, but instead of adding leafs, or arching them further to obtain more lift, just have them re-built to take the sag out of it. Many spring shops will even do the labor of removal if you take them the whole truck.
