need (more) help with search feature
ok,guys. i've been trying to search for threads on putting a 302 / c-4 into a 49 f1. i've tried several variations on "302 engine swap" "302 swap 49" "+302+swap+f1", etc. i limited it to this forum. i get 20-30 pages of results that don't seem to have anything to do with 302 engine swap. what am i doing wrong? also, if any fte's have their own site with info on this, can someone tell me who they are?? thanks, i'm trying but it ain't working very well. dick r.

One thing I have found useful is you have a option to search by title only or search entire post IF you click on the advanced search option. I normally search title only. It weeds out a lot of stuff you dont want. hope this helps

Maybe try leaving the 302 off of the search and just seaerch for engine swap. Yea, you'llprobably get some info thats not directly related to the small block ford but it will be god info anyway
What kind of info do you need? What specific questions do you have? Each engine swap is a bit unique but the basic problems you run up against are similar.
Ask your questions outright and we'll see what we can do to help
