Fuel Capacities 76 4x4 Ranger XLT
I have a behind the seat gas tank(main) and an aux tank between the bed and spare tire. The rear tank appears to be smaller than the behind the seat tank. The most gas I put in the main tank was 16gal when the gauge read empty. I tried to put some gas in the aux tank, but it spit it back at me for some reason. I prob wont use the aux tank much, but it would help to know the capacity of the main tank so I don't end up walking home
I have searched many threads and found more than one answer for this question. I have seen 18gal, 19gal and 19gal for both tanks. What is the right answer?

With Evaporative Emission Control
In Cab Tank = 18 gallons
Rear Tank = 19 gallons
Without Evaporative Emission Control
In Cab Tank = 19.5
Rear Tank = 22.5
