Edge power tuner
Hey guys, I purchased an edge power tuner from a buddy who's ecm had gone south. Because his ECM was inop I couldn't detune his truck and use it on my truck. Does anyone know my options? The diagnostic side works great and the 0-60 time is cool too.

what do you mean by detune?
you should be able to just use it, flash you computer with program and enjoy, i didnt have edge but id say you all set,maybe somone with edge will give you more details,
on the other hand be careful cause if his ECM was fried might be cause of the edge too,

If you dont return to stock you will not be able to use it. Edge might help you, they might charge you $100 or more to flash it back to stock... They do this so you cant just program one truck after another with the same tuner.
