Question 360 automatic c-6 linkage

HEY GUYS....
Its been awhile, I always find an answer when I come here. Your all great.
Well here is another one. I have a 1975 f100 with 360, and a automatic trans, a np205 xfer case (swap out). My question is I am in the process of hooking up all the linkage to the trany, Does anyone have a pic or diagram were and how all these linkages, ie. shifter, kickdown hook to trans, I see the lever for the column shifter and I have the rod, but were does the kickdown hook to?? And what do I do when the shift linkage is to short to hook-up to the column lever??
Also I have finished pics, how do I get them on her to show off??

This is all I have right now.

The kickdown attaches to its own little lever.

Dennis, how could the lever going to the column shift be to short about 1/2" to hook-up. Same motor, same trans, different xfer case. Also the kickdown linkage is hooked to carb, but the other end has a small slotted hole on a bracket of the end, were on trans does this go??
Thanks.

Sonofa75: I can't post the picture I referenced above (which is exactly what you want) because I'm using the Ford parts catalog on microfiche.

Another pic just to be sure...

Blue arrows point to the transmission linkange.

Red arrows point to the kickdiwn linkage and lever.

Green arrow points to the nut that hols the kickdown lever on. This means nothing to you, I used this pic for something else in the past that needed the green arrow.
