Does it poke out just a little bit or is it just downright stuck in there?
Try sfcwoodret's idea first, sometimes it will just reset and bam there's your CD.
If it's sticking out slightly...needle nose pliars do the trick. I've had problems with stuck on lables on CDs getting caught before.
