I have a 91 f150 with the 300 in it (6CYL). I am having a prob.when I swap from the front tank to the back one. It fills the front one back up. Also the front fuel pump is going out ..... I went to the parts store and got a new fuel pump. When I was there the parts house today they told me that there was a valve in the fuel lines that was bad & that was causing the prob. After dropping both fuel tanks, I do not see any thing that even looks like the part they showed me. I all so have the Chilton book here & it does not show that part either. I was told by another person that the fuel pumps, when working right would fix this prob..... Is this true. Any help would greatly help.
When you buy the fuel delivery module the fuel pump is inside of it.
You just take the old one off and splice the wires inside the tank and push the new one on.
