How Much Will The Wheel Width® Affect The Tire Width®

I am going from a 17 X 7.5 wheel to an 17 X 10 and using the same tires which are 35 X 13.

Will this affect the wheel width?

The wheel width will not change...the width of the mounted tire will increase.

That's what I meant. The Tire width.

For every 0.50" change in rim width there is approximately a 0.20" change in tire width. So the tires will be approximately 1" wider on the new rims.
