Lower intake manifold

Does anyone know if the lower intake on my 89 Bronco is the same as the 5.0 mustang. I want to use the top plenum from a mustang with throttle body and egr spacer and convert to MAF. I have a new 5.0 block I am building with a trickflow stage 1 roller cam, track heat heads and roller rockers. I know that i will be using a different firing order with this cam and i'll be fine with the MAF conversion. Also does anyone know if i'll need to take anything else into consideration with this project. I want to get around 350-375 hp for my Bronco. I have a 5 speed manual Transmission, will it be up to the job or will i be changing it every 6 months or so. I will be running 33x12.5x15 tires. Also, what would be my best clutch option to take this sort of power and torque. Lots of questions and any answer will be appreciated
I heard something about electronic transmissions, but i'm not sure how this would affect me with a standard transmission
Thanks Jamie
