I never had one myself. What are they like, sugar, sugar, and more sugar? Me I love a good Danish ring with pecans.

I had part of one for the first time last summer at the Indiana State Fair. Yummy, but you're right--nothing but sugar. Oh, well. I don't eat much refined sugar in my diet (not diabetic, but sugar is pretty much a drug), so I can afford to splurge once in a while.

Old Tired Rebel, tewferford,

Next thing you're going to tell us is you've never had a deep fried Hostess Twinkie or Snickers bar? Haven't you guys ever been to the county fair or local carnival? Old Tired Rebel, you could have been eating all this and more at the Mount Olive Pickle Festival the weekend before last. You missed it.
