Engine Swap

Howdy,
I'm new to the forum and I'd like some help. I picked up an 80 bronco this past summer w/ a 351M in it. She has a 2bbl
and I'd like to know how big it is. Second thing is I'm thinking of swapping in a 300ci 6 banger. What can I still use off the old motor if anything ? All the pros and cons of this swap would be cool. Thanks for the help.

it will be cheaper to rebuild the 351m. there are lots of little "oh yeah" things that have to be changed that add up to lots of hairpulling and cash pushing.

351M uses a bigblock tranmission housing NOT the same as the 300 I-6. I agree rebuild would be cheaper and there are allot of 351M motors in the junk yards for parts.
