Squeak when turning right??

Going down a straight road and turn the steering wheel to the right a little I get a squeak...squeak....squeak etc. Nothing when I turn left. It also does it on right turns. Sounds like it is from the left tire area. I can hear it when driving(if I really listen) and at drive thru.

Dealer said they can't hear anything. But definitely getting a squeal sound when I turn the steering wheel right.

Any thoughts? Brakes , Rotors? 15k miles on the truck
