My '78 Bronco sags at the rear. I think this is typical for a 22 year old machine. What are some of the ways to correct this. Can I just put a set of lift blocks in???

You could but, lift blocks tend to cause axle wrap and that is very hard on the whole drive train. Better to replace or re-arch your current spring pack, possible adding a full length leaf

I have a '78 Bronco also and i put the bottom add-a-leaf off a '78 f-150 long box. set it just a little high in the rear. I WAS LUCKY enough too get the leafs of a old truck my brother had. Hope to help. ROB
