So i finally installed them. I used my exsisting T-pipe since i am no longer selling the stacks, i went to seperate all the stuff from the original setup and i messed up the stacks.
I did not need to modify the original T-pipe at all. When i set up to begin with i made sure that if i ever went bigger i would not need to remake the pipe. It all fit good. I must say they are not as loud as i thought they were going to be. Its quiter than the 5"dump, so i was happy. The smoke doesnt shoot high, it kinda just dumps out since the hole is so big there is not enough pressure. I will be taking pictures later this week. Just wanted to report.
Haha, the suspense. Im trying to figure out how to do a video with my digi camera and make it work on the computer somehow. Ill snap a quick shot tommorrow.
Okay here are two pictures....Sorry about the truck being dirty i was driving through a field earlier.....I will take better pictures this weekend since i will be doing some much needed clay baring and waxing....
Ill admit i can see where they are loud, today i had the back slider window open and damn they sounded loud and very good lol, i was thinking about the 7's for so long and then you pushed me over the edge with it......we do need a new club
Does your shoot the smoke high, i wanted it to shoot it real high but i thinking i need some more fuel...the highest i can see it shoot from my mirror is maybe a foot, it kinda just dumps out...
i think mine went up little higher, i have to have the kid get few pix while daddy is on the pedal having fun, caust dont want to brag if aint happenin, ill see what i can do, i tell you one thing, they pour out enough black smoke to block out my rearview mirror and not beeing able to see cars
