I actually had a CEL come on right after I got my truck. I took it to the dealer and they told me to quit topping it ALL the way up (I filled it to top of the fill pipe once, then the light came on) as that is what caused it to come on. Reset it, quit filling to the top of fill pipe and never been on since.....
