For stock strength, just make sure the u-joint says "spicer" on the end-caps
The only difference is they actually come with grease fittings
A local truck parts place (mostly heavy-duty stuff) had my u-joints in stock, for something like $16. True spicer, in a spicer box.
Even Napa might supply spicer, just open the box and look at the end-caps.
If you're into something more heavy-duty than stock (although it could be argued that spicer joints ARE an upgrade from the stock Ford spicer-supplied non-grease-fitting joint)... someone else will comment on this soon, I'm sure.
I use precision, I just am sure to order the ones with out grease fittings. Precision say's non-greasable joints are 40% stronger than grease joints. I can see it, if you consider they have to drill channels into each lobe.
Spicers are good, probably better than precision, but precision has done me well.
