My X would not start

Yesterday I had just returned from a 120 trip towing my camper with my 2000 V10. While I was parking the camper, I turned off the truck to unhook, got back in the truck, turned the key, and nothing happened past the point of the electrical stuff clicking on. When I turned the key to start, nothing, not even the starter clicking. So I looked at the battery, went ahead and unhooked the cables, hooked them back, and the truck started immediately. There did not appear to be any junk on the cables, the battery is less than a year old. I have a feeling that unhooking the battery reset something, but it is just a feeling. I had put the truck in 4X4 to park the camper, the yard is a little soft from rain and I was slinging grass in 2WD. This has never happened before, but wanted to see if anyone else had any similiar experiences. Thanks.

My X sometimes does that if its not completely in park, but i dont think that disconnecting the battery would solve my scenario. Just a thought

I've had that happen a couple times. I finally figured out is was just a loose ground or a corroded ground connection. I cleaned it up real good, and tightened it down. Started right up. Same thing happens in my truck, the connections must work themselves loose after time.
