Angry cam problems 2

hey guys I am still having a problem getting my motor to turn over. I took the starter out and it turned 3/4 turn then it stopped. Now it almost feels like i am pushing against a spring. Is it possible the the motor is 180 degrees out of time even though the timing marks line up?

You are probably going to have to pull the valve covers off and inspect everything for a stuck valve or broken/jambed pushrod. Maybe try unbolting the rockers to see if that helps. If it does them maybe you have the wrong pushrods in the motor or something else isn't right.
