blown head gaskets again
will ford put in studs for me or will it void my waranty? have blown 3egrs, 2 egr coolers. And when I got truck used it needed 2 new heads and gaskets. I had it for a WEEK AND THEY BLOW. hEADS WERE CRACKED

It really depends on the dealer. I have heard that some have no problem with it, and others start accusing you of wanting to hop up the motor and voiding the warranty. I would just call and explain to them that you are concerned because this has happened more than once now and you want to do your best not to let it happen again.
Be prepared though, the studs are a lot more money than I thought they woudl be!

04 f350 ccswb 4x4 with 77,000 miles had new heads and gaskets @62,000, The dealership is been really good about everything. so I thing I will ask them. I will pay the 500 if that will keep it from happening again?
