Horn blasting

So i was at work getting ready to leave and all of a suddon my truck (witch had been running for about 5 mins, was honking just blaring stop then again and stoped?????
got in the truck hit the horn it worked and then drove off got about 30ft and it started again, so went to pull the fuse but could not find it(no owners manual) so on the drive home it would randomly sound for a while til if figured out that opening the door would cause it to stop, so i dove home with my door cracked????
what is going on...any ideas
also i had to drive through about a 6-8in deep puddle when i first started the truck (went throught really fast) sprayed water out the side hight then the fenders. do i just need to let it dry?
(i already pulled the fuse its #12 under the dash)

It sounds like you have a short somewhere.

Did you drive through the puddle before the horn started acting up?
